A restaurant needs a route from interest to reservation

A hotel restaurant can be visible without being easy to choose. An appealing image may create interest, but the guest still needs enough information to decide whether the venue suits the occasion.

For a Marbella hotel seeking both residents and staying guests, I would follow the route from a social post or search result to a reservation. Is the menu accessible? Are opening times current? Is the atmosphere explained? Is it clear whether non-residents can book?

Then I would examine where the route ends. A generic hotel contact page may add uncertainty when the guest expected a restaurant reservation. A booking form without useful context may create a different problem.

The point is to connect the presentation of the venue with the practical act of visiting it. Marketing, restaurant management and reservations each influence that connection.

A review should identify where interest becomes work for the guest. Improving that transition may involve clearer information or coordination between teams, rather than producing more content about a restaurant that is already being seen.
