A focused outside view when the business does not need another large project.
Not every question requires a long consulting engagement. These reviews are deliberately contained pieces of senior work, designed to examine a specific part of the business, identify what matters and leave the team with a clear set of priorities.
The starting point may be a guest journey that feels less consistent than the product, an F&B concept that is not landing as strongly as it should, a digital presence that has fallen behind the physical experience, or a market position that has become harder to define.
The scope is shaped around the question rather than a standard audit template.
How it works
Each review concludes with a concise findings report, priority observations, practical recommendations and a management debrief. Where useful, quick wins are separated from issues that require deeper consideration.
Most reviews are completed within 7–15 days following the assessment phase, depending on scope. Desktop-led reviews can usually begin immediately; on-property reviews are scheduled around the agreed guest journey.
Guest Experience Review →
An independent view of the experience as the guest actually encounters it. From discovery and booking through arrival, service, F&B, wellness and departure, the review considers the complete journey rather than individual departmental standards. It identifies friction, inconsistencies, missed commercial opportunities and the details that shape overall perception of the brand. Reviews can be conducted anonymously where appropriate.
Engagements from €3,500 + travel and direct expenses.
F&B Concept Review
An outside assessment of an existing or proposed restaurant, bar or hospitality F&B concept. The review considers positioning, concept clarity, guest relevance, experience, competitive context and commercial logic, identifying what is distinctive, what may be diluting the proposition and where there is credible opportunity to strengthen it.
Engagements from €3,000.
Digital Presence Review →
A review of how effectively the digital experience sells the physical one. Website, booking journey, content, social presence, reputation, search and AI visibility are considered as one guest discovery journey, identifying gaps between how the business wants to be perceived and what a prospective guest actually sees and experiences online.
Engagements from €2,500.
Competitive Positioning Review
A focused assessment of where an asset or concept genuinely sits within its competitive landscape. Relevant competitors are reviewed across positioning, product, experience, public pricing signals, digital presence and guest perception to identify areas of parity, points of difference, emerging pressure and credible white space.
Engagements from €3,000.
Pre-Opening Readiness Review
A fresh external perspective before the doors open. The review looks across the guest-facing, brand, digital and commercial journey ahead of launch, identifying inconsistencies, overlooked details and potential friction while there is still time to address them. It is designed to complement the work of the existing pre-opening team, not duplicate it.
Engagements from €4,500.
Brand Standards Review
A review of the gap between the brand as defined and the brand as experienced. The assessment looks beyond whether individual standards are technically being followed to consider whether the overall experience consistently reflects the intended positioning, personality and promise of the brand.
Engagements from €3,000 + travel and direct expenses.
Fees shown are indicative starting points. Final scope, timing and investment are confirmed based on the size, complexity and objectives of each engagement. Travel and direct expenses, where required, are agreed separately.
Independent Reviews & Assessments can be commissioned as standalone engagements. Where the findings identify a larger issue or opportunity, a separate advisory scope can be considered afterwards, only where it is useful.
